Canada India institutional Co-Operation Project

            Our Polytechnic has been selected for implementing the CIICP initiatives by the State Project Co-ordination Unit of   DOTE, Chennai vide letter No. CIICP-SPCU-1.3.0/2002-03 from this year.
             The CIICP is a Technical Educational Project, launched in 1991 through a memorandum of understanding between   Government of Canada and Government of India.
             The project was initially funded by Government of Canada through Canadian International Development   Agency(CIDA). The Project was executed by the association of Canadian Community Colleges(ACCC) and overall direction   was provided by the ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. The CIICP initiatives are now sustained   and replicated without any financial commitment to the Government.
